Jess has been a bookseller for several years, joining UBS in 2021. She is new to the Academic side of the business but her background in customer special orders and skills with extensive international databases make her well placed to support all textbook queries. She works mornings before returning to the Great King Street store where she puts her English degree and knowledge of the NZ Post system to great use supporting our large variety of customers.

Ina has an extensive background in university and IT giving her a great insight into the needs of academics and institutions.

Ina is happy to take calls from academics and course co-ordinators to ensure we have the right textbook at the right time to complement and support lectures and tutorials.
