1. Delivery will be as soon as possible by ordinary post unless otherwise requested.
2. There is no minimum order size. Postage and packaging will be quoted per order.
3. Overseas postage prices are determined by weight.
Only airmail and air economy services are available from NZ. There is no surface post.
We will quote overseas post at the time of your enquiry.
4. All prices include Good and Services Tax (GST). GST invoices are automatically provided with books. Overseas orders are GST exempt.
5. Cheques are presented upon receipt of order. Credit cards are not charged until orders are processed.
6. We can get any book at all for you provided it is in print.
All orders that are not in our specific line are on a firm-sale basis only.
This also applies to books that we have purchased from overseas for you.
7. We accept the following credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, and American Express.
8. All New Zealand book tokens are accepted.
9. We will not accept responsibility for prices on orders placed using prices on cached files.
10. Although we endeavour to keep pricing as accurate as possible there will be times when mistakes occur.
If a listed price differs from the price on the title record of our in-house database, it is the title record price that is the correct one.
